Turkey mince, grated courgette, onion, pine nuts — plus sumac, allspice, cumin
Had this as part of a Sunday dinner — and then next day as a “kebab” …
Next time I’d leave out the mint/coriander if doing for a dinner — maybe replace with a bit of mustard or something ..

Instructions
- Toast pine nuts
- grate courgettes and squeeze to remove water from them
- mix together all ingredients in mixing bowl
- Grease a baking tray - and bake in pre-heated oven at 180 degrees (fan oven) for 45 - 50 mins)
- Remove, leave to cool then serve
