- Add peppers, prawns, chicken etc to quickly fry before starting the main event Add in the ground coriander Mix in rest of ingredients ( apart from peanuts ) - and cook slowly -- leave to thicken a bit if it needs to. Serve topped with crushed peanuts
- Addi n peanut butter, coconut milk, fish sauce, soy sauce, sugar And heat till simmering -- taste and add in more of whatever
- Add in the lime -- and add in more of whatever till it tastes good
- Serer with rice, topped with fresh coriander and toasted peanuts
