An easy Saturday night tea . . . . going slightly off-piste with chilli flakes

- Heat some oil in pan and add onions - cook for 5 mins before adding pork / garlic and a pinch of chilli flakes- then cook for further 2 mins
- Mix in the paprika - stir well - then add the mushrooms - then leave for another few minutes - stirring frequently
- Stir in the mustard ( I used Dijon ) then add the stock - stir - and leave to simmer down / reduce
- Take off the heat - mix in the soured cream and serve (with rice ?) and a bit of parsley on the top to make it look good
