Pork and Mushroom Stroganoff
An easy Saturday night tea . . . . going slightly off-piste with chilli flakes

(finely chopped)

cloves garlic
(finely chpped)

pork loin steaks
(sliced into thin 1cm wide strips)

mushrooms
(sliced)

stock

tsp
mustard

tsp
smoked parika

tbsp
soured cream

portions rice
-
pinch chilli flakes
-
parsley
(to serve)
Instructions

Heat some oil in pan and add onions - cook for 5 mins before adding pork / garlic and a pinch of chilli flakes- then cook for further 2 mins

Mix in the paprika - stir well - then add the mushrooms - then leave for another few minutes - stirring frequently

Stir in the mustard ( I used Dijon ) then add the stock - stir - and leave to simmer down / reduce

Take off the heat - mix in the soured cream and serve (with rice ?) and a bit of parsley on the top to make it look good
