Instructions
- Add eggs yolks + sugar to glass bowl and beat together
- Gently bring milk to boil in saucepan then slowly add to the egs/sugar - beating it as you go
- Return the mix to pan and gently heat till it thickens and forms a custard - then remove from heat and leave till cooled / set
- Add the vanilla / cream, mix, then add to the ice cream maker
