Straight out of the Waitrose newspaper – done in slow cooker – so uses less liquid. If doing on hob then possibly add more

Instructions
- Char-grill the artichokes and set aside
- Add shallots to pan and fry in olive oil for a few mins -- then add garlic, then the grilled artichokes and drained beans
- Stir in the spinach, add the wine and stock then cover for about 5 mins
- Add the fish onto the pan - season - then cover for 10+ mins - till it looks cooked !
- Stir the cream into the sauce and serve
