Baked Salmon Teriyaki

Sausage and Chard Ragu – with Polenta

Pumpkin, Mascarpone, Garlic, Chilli Flakes

Green Lentils, Mushrooms, Ragu – topped with mash / cheese ( or served with pasta )
Butternut squash – roasted then filled with bacon, feta, spinach and chorizo

Ox Tail, Red Wine, Stock, Celery , Carrots , Onion, Garlic – oven cooked low for 4+ hours.
Should have stuck some dumplings on top
