Teriyaki Steak

carrots
(Peeled and finely sliced)

red pepper
(Finely sliced - I used half red half green)

Teriyaki sauce
(From a jar )

egg noodles

Pak Choi
(quartered)

chinese 5 spice
Instructions
-
boil carrots for 2 to 3 mins to soften and set aside

boil noodles till cooked ( see instructions) and set aside

Rub steak in 5 spice, salt and black pepper - and cook in grill pan to how you like it (set aside to rest)

Heat wok oil and add vegetables, fry for 3 mins then add noodles and teriyaki sauce - cook for 2 more mins

Serve veg / noodles and top with sliced steaks - add sesame seeds
