Instructions
Mix 2 tbsp yoghurt, 2 tbsp oil with grated ginger, 2 pieces of grated garlic and the spices. . .. . mix in the liver pieces ..... and put in the fridge for (at least) half an hour
Thinly slice last piece of garlic and the green chilli (if using) - and fry for 5 mins
Add in liver mixture and fry for further 10 mins - till cooked
Meanwhile - toast the bread
Server liver on the bread - with yoghurt and coriander on top. Add squeeze of lime / lime juice for extra taste
