(peeled and cut into 1cm chunks)

(spicy if possible)
Instructions
-
chop onion, garlic, celery and cook in oil for 10 mins or so
-
add in chopped potatoes, sausage/black pudding and cabbage and cook for a few more mins

Add in stock, bay leaf and paprika

Cook for 45 mins or so
