Recipe is for basic Naan – sprinkled with Nigella and Fennel seeds

- Add milk, yoghurt, oil and honey to small bowl and microwave till warm.
- In large bowl mix flour, salt, yeast and warmed milk/yoghurt mixture . Stir, then mix , knead into dough - which should take 5 to ten mins (May need to add a few drops water to dough if too dry ) Roll into ball, cover with film of oil, covre bowl with tea towel and leave in warm place for 2+ hours to rise to double size
- Split dough into 4 Mix 1/2 tsp each of fennel and nigella seeds into each ball Using a rolling pin on a floured surface roll each ball flat (into a naan shape) Prick each with a fork
- COOKING OPTION 1 - Hot pan on stove Heat a large, flat pan until really hot - place naan into pan and cook on one side - flip over before it burns and cook other. Keep warm while cooking others ( can always throw back into pan briefly just before serving )
- COOKING OPTION 2 - Hot Oven Heat oven to max - with a large baking tray in top of over to heat Sprinkle dough with a little water Place dough onto baking tray and cook for 3 or 4 minutes till it puffs up
