Ingredients
  • tin brown lentils
  • 300 g field mushroooms
  • tin tomatoes
  • tbsp tomato puree
  • drop red wine ( not too much )
  • onion (finely chopped)
  • carrot (finely chopped)
  • celery (finely chopped)
  • tbsp thyme
  • bay leaf
Instructions
  1. Cook onion, carrot, celery till soft
  2. Add mushrooms then wine and cook for 5 mins
  3. add add thyme / bay leaf, lentils and tomatoes - cook for 45 mins
