Instructions

Sweat onion, apple and garlic for 15 mins
Add in curry powder and flour, stir
Add in stock - stir
Add black pepper

Simmer, stirring regularly, until it reduces down
Taste and add more pepper / sugar if required

OPTIONAL - blitz with stick blender to get rid of lumps
