Beetroot Hummus

Ingredients
  • 250 g cooked beetroot
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 400 g tin chickpeas
  • 2 tbsp tahini
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1/2 tsp ground cumin
  • pinch salt
  • 2 caps lemon juice - or even real juice
Instructions
  1. Cook chickpeas for a few mins to soften - then drain
  2. Add all ingredients into food processor and mix
  3. Stick into a bowl (will keep in the fridge for a few days)
