For Pak Choi / Noodles

Instructions
Teriyaki Sauce
-
Mix ingredients (apart from cornstarch) in a pan and bring to low boil Slowly add the cornstarch, bit by bit, will it thickens to right consistency -- stirring it in all the time
Pak Choi and Noodles

Fry sliced garlic in toasted sesame / veg oil for about a minute Then add pak choi till starts to wilt Add Noodles and stock and boil for 4 / 5 mins till noodles cooked
Baked Salmon

Add Salmon to oven dish Cover with half the teriyaki sauce Leave for 15 - 20 mins to marinade Cook (in air fryer) for 10 mins - longer if using normal over
To Serve

Add Pak Choi and Noodles to bowl Add Salmon Add Spring Onions Pour any remaining teriyaki Top with toasted sesame seeds
